In their words
What evaluators and clients have said.
Evaluator comments are quoted word for word from the award letters on this page, each one linked. Client feedback is shared with permission and credited by role, not by name.
This is not a win rate.
It is the set of awards we hold documentation for, and it excludes bids that were unsuccessful.
Nobody wins every tender, and a bid writer claiming otherwise is either counting selectively or lying. We lose some. When we do, we read the scoring feedback and the next submission is better for it, which is the actual argument for using someone who has seen a few hundred of these.
Contract award notices are published by the authorities themselves on Find a Tender and Contracts Finder, so every framework listed here can be checked independently.
