Using this site
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Information on this site
Content is provided for general information about our services. It is not legal, financial or procurement advice. Guidance on procurement regulation is a summary, may not reflect recent changes, and does not account for your circumstances.
Engaging us
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Work begins only once we have issued a written scope and fee and you have confirmed it in writing. Prices shown are starting points and vary with the number of scored questions, the deadline and complexity.
No guarantee of outcome
Tender evaluation involves judgement by panels we do not control, alongside factors independent of the written submission such as regulatory rating, financial standing, competition and incumbency. We do not guarantee that any bid will be successful. Fees are payable for work performed regardless of outcome.
Bid/no-bid and carry-over
Where we advise against proceeding with a tender after a fee has been paid, that fee is applied to the next suitable opportunity we source and write for you, subject to the carry-over period set out in your engagement letter.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide for use in a submission, and for reviewing and approving any document before it is submitted in your name. We cannot verify your operational data and rely on it being correct.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding on this site belong to BidCrest Digital Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not reproduce or exploit them commercially without written permission. Ownership of materials produced for clients is dealt with in the engagement terms for that work.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
