The short version
This site sets one essential cookie to remember your cookie choice. If you press “Accept”, we also load the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which sets advertising cookies so we can measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. If you choose “Essential only”, the Meta pixel is never loaded.
What a cookie is
A small text file a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for a site to function. Others track behaviour across sites for advertising. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, non-essential cookies require your consent before they are set.

Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from malicious traffic. These are not used to track you.
If you tick “Remember my answers on this device” on the tender fit check, your answers are saved in your own browser’s storage (named bcFitProfile) so you don’t have to type them again. They never leave your device unless you choose to send us your result, and you can delete them at any time with the “Forget them” link on that page. Nothing is saved if you leave the box unticked.
Advertising cookies (Meta pixel)
We use the Meta pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, to understand whether people who see our Facebook and Instagram ads go on to visit this site, and to show our ads to people more likely to find them useful. It shares information about your visit, such as the pages you view and your browser details, with Meta. Meta acts as a joint controller for this data; see Meta’s privacy policy. The pixel only loads after you press “Accept”, and choosing “Essential only” means no advertising cookie is placed.
Changing your choice
You can withdraw your consent at any time. Clear cookies for this site in your browser settings and the banner will reappear on your next visit. You can also block or delete cookies entirely through your browser. This site works fine without them.
